Adoptables and design TOS

- Buyer will recibe a .png file without watermark and with the color palette.
- I accept paypal (usd) and mercadopago.
- You are not allowed to use my adoptables for commercial use, only personal use
- Use a desing as vtuber is commercional use.
- You are allowed to resell adoptables for the same price as you bought it for. Please do not sell my designs for more than what you paid for unless it includes COMMISSIONED art work. And tell me the new owner please.
- You are allowed to make some changes to the design once you purchased the adoptable, but please don't edit the original file/design.
- When buying or offering on my adoptables please do not hide your comment or back out of it.
- I allow holds on adoptables, but only if you are 100% you are able to afford the adoptable on said date. HOLDS 3 DAYS MAX.
- The payment must be made within 24hours, if I haven't received the payment within without any reasons I will put the adoptable up again. (this is only if we haven't agreed on putting your adopt on hold).
- You can't use my artwork and desings in NFT.
- Do not trace, steal, re-upload or copy my adoptables.
- Credit me the first time you draw them (i want to see it) and for designing the character.

- TOS could change in the future- I can wait for the money but i will not star until the full payment
- how i will do after the payment and talk the details: i will do and show you the sketch and you could ask big changes include the pose, you could ask for a mid-time updape for small and ask for small changes or direct to final result. There, you could ask only small changes.
- refunds only 100% before the sketch, 75% if i did the sketch and no more (you cant use the sketch in any way), 50% before finish the draw but you must not do anything or own the drawing. No refunds if i finish the drawing
